It has recently come to light that changes in RSSO 9.1.04 prevent the integration between BMC Client Management and RSSO from functioning.
BCM is using a web service to configure the use of RSSO. This web service, /rest/version, is not available since RSSO 220.127.116.11. As a result BCM will consider then that RSSO is not active, and fall in to the use of BCM authentication.
A hot-fix for RSSO has now been posted.
A hot-fix for RSSO 9.1.04 is now available to correct this issue, please contact support for access to said hot-fix.
