I have followed the above article to link the Resolution Date and Response Date.
When the ticket is submitted in its initial 'Request' status these fields are populated through the link without any issues.
However, when the status is changed from 'Request' to any other status these fields are returning blank. I know that the information is still being populated with the correct information from the SQL table but I am lost in regards to why these items are not staying when the status is changed.
If anyone has any clue or has seen this themselves, please let me know!
