    SmartIT: how to display category fields in Task tickets

      Dear Community

       

      I tried to display the category fields in Task tickets in SmartIT but I seem to be stuck.

      In Developer studio, I have made the whole tab visible and in Mid-Tier it is just working fine:

       

      But if I try to create a new task in SmartIT (let's say via an incident), I simply do not see the fields for Operational and Product Category:

       

      Do you have any idea what I am missing?
