    Change Management Web Address Issue

      Hello BMC Track-It! Community,

      Today, one of my Approvers was responding to an overdue RFC.  Within the email, he clicked the web address generated and received the following 403 error message.


      403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

      You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.



      I should note that we're running Track-It! 11.4.  Our web client address is https://hqti.dnfsb.gov/TrackItWeb/SelfService/Account/LogIn?ReturnUrl=%2fTrackItWeb%2fSelfService  , but the address listed within his email was generated as http://hqti/TrackItWeb/SelfService/Login/?startPath=rfcid/10 .  Why the difference?  We haven't seen other instances where users where receiving errors like this when clicking URLs automatically-generated from within Track-It!.  Did we miss a configuration step (regarding the Change Management) module OR did something wonky occur post-Integration?  If the latter, are there any hot fixes that may resolve the issue?  Any help is appreciated.
