Abdul Moid Mohammed Nov 27, 2017 4:15 AM (in response to Abdul Moid Mohammed)With one of the earlier blog/thread which asked to check & try to update midtier to the latest version which i have already done it.
I have upgraded Midtier from 9.1.03 to 9.1.03 Patch001 and still the issue persists.
This is the Mid Tier Version at my environment - 9.1.03.001 201708171714
Yet to hear from BMC on the same.
Appreciate response at your earliest availability.

Ravindrakumar Rodge Nov 27, 2017 4:50 AM (in response to Abdul Moid Mohammed)1 of 1 people found this helpfulThe browsers make use of ARSystem.css file to render the web pages. Can you try with below steps.
1. Copy the ARSystem.css from a working environment.
2. Stop Midtier services.
3. Take backup of existing ARSystem.css in non-working environment and replace it with a copy of working environment ARSystem.css
4. Perform hard flush of MidTier cache.
5. Restart the web server services and check.

Ravi

Abdul Moid Mohammed Nov 28, 2017 4:12 AM (in response to Abdul Moid Mohammed)Regret the delay in responding to the post.
I tried this change just now and it didnt resolve the issue.
I mean replacing the arsystem.css from Working Environment to Non Working and performing the Hard Flush and checking the issue still remains the same.
Appreciate response at your earliest availability.

Juan Miguel Matas Santiago Nov 28, 2017 6:33 AM (in response to Abdul Moid Mohammed)Seems a problem loading the images. Can you test changing the image format from PNG to JPG? They are located on the Resources folder in mid-tier.

Yes they are all GIF and JPEG Images.
