    SRM - Backend ticket not generated

      Hi Experts,

       

      Remedy ARSystem verson-  8.1.

       

      Today we faced with our SRM. Request number was getting generated but related backend ticket was not. I restarted the plugin and issue got resolved. But still we have some REQ for which we do not have back-end ticket. I found that process related to these REQ is no activated. Below is the screenshot for reference.

       

      Please suggest how can we fix this issue.
