FootPrints reporting is limited to it's containers.. workspaces, cmdb, knowledge base, etc. Users, like teams, roles, etc, fall outside of containers and are not accessible to FootPrints reporting.
You can report on them via direct SQL queries.
Have a look at the 'Active Users' queries from the FACT tool (FACT - BMC FootPrints Administrator Companion Tool - RjR Innovations ) as it may give you what you need:

I can't seem to find the idea for reporting on users, but currently there is no way to do this within footprints.
Your support provider should be able to give you a SQL Query to get this information from the database. Otherwise, I believe Nicolas Roome 's product does this:
Edit: Nicolas is quicker than I!
Sorry Vern :-P
If you just want to see who is customer to the application go to administration > users, you can filter the column system role and choose customer. That view can be exported from the browser.
If you want to do it for containers trough the db, see if this is enough
SELECT r. app_role_name
,u.[userName] AS 'User'
,c.[externalName] AS 'Container'
FROM fpdb001.fpdb001_system.app_role AS r, fpdb001.fpdb001_system.v_ContainerUsers as u, fpdb001.fpdb001_system.v_cntnr_defn as c
WHERE r.app_role_name = 'Customer' AND r.app_role_id = u.role AND c.defn_id = u.container_defn_id
Maybe this isn't the best way or the most efficient so if you need something more refined your can try Nicolas's FACT.
