    Exclamation mark showing randomly in email notifications

      Trying to determine why exclamation characters are randomly showing up in notification emails sent out by Track-It.


      We are seeing them appear at times in various places in the emails - in copied data from the original ticket creation email, in set response verbiage, and once in the canned/built-in Status reply link appended to notification emails.

      We are using HTML to create a table in the response emails - for formatting and color but the last example showed up on an early example using fairly vanilla response options and the default link options.


      Any suggestions?
