What version of Track-It! are you using?
Does this happen in notifications where you don't have any HTML in the notification template? Can you provide a screenshot of that, and the template that it resulted from?
What do you use for outgoing email - do you have an Exchange Server (which version?) or Office365, or something else?
We are using Track-It 11.4
In testing it occurs with both generic template information - simply inserting the fields as well as with basic HTML. See screen shots:
Basic auto response template:
Income email type is set to IMAP. Server is an off-premise Office365.com
Outgoing uses SMTP
