    Remedy ARS service is not getting up

      Hi All,

       

      I am facing an issue that my remedy ARS service is not getting up again and again it's failing. and error captured in arerr log is below:

       

      Fri Oct 06 20:00:21.843 2017 Error while configuring cachemanager: Problem starting listener for RMICachePeer //192.168.164.128:40001/serverGroupCache. Initial cause was Connection refused to host: 192.168.164.128; nested exception is:

          java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect
