I apologize about it.
i am just started to learn RF.
I understood RF can manage the tickets that " create Incident" to (~ Problem ~ Change Request ~) "Release".
And i am wondering how to operate like in this situation, for example
1. I create the <Example ticket> from "Incident". Ticket number: IN00002237
2. Then need to create ticket for "Problem" related to above Ticket number: IN00002237. (Ticket number: PR00000015)
3. After that need to create the ticket for "Change Request" related to above Ticket number: PR00000015.
(Ticket number:CR00000039)
4. Create "Release" ticket that related to above Ticket number:CR00000039. (Ticket number: RM00000012)
Is there any input-box or something for "Problem", "Change Request", "Release" that let the person know this ticket is related to **000000 ?
Or should use "Action" -> "Add MEMO" write "Related to **00000 ticket for each process ticket? Please let me know if there is something way:) thanks!
