    Defined value of Prodcut category is not ging forward in incident details


      Hi All,


      I am using a template for incident create within an AOT. in this incident template we have defined service name like abc, and ops cat and product cat and resolution category. but when user is submitting the SR then in the incident the value of Product category is showing as blank however ops and resolution category are reflecting the same value as per the incident template which is attached with that AOT.


      Also we are having more SRD's where we are using template with AOT for incident creation with the same default values, if we are raising a SR through them then it is populating the all Values by defaults in incident. only issue is coming with 2-3 services. is there any suggestion that how we can overcome with this issue ?
