    Who successfully upgrade Remedy to 9.1.03 in linux ENV with Oracle 12C DB?

      We want to know anyone successfully upgrade Remedy to 9.1.03 in Linux ENV with Oracle 12C DB and is working without any issues.

      We have upgraded our system from 8.1 to 9.1.03 and facing JVM issues.


      1. We have AL set field action using $PROCESS$ command to call java program. This giving below error which not seen in 8.1.


      ARERR [8790] Unknown system error : java.lang.StackOverflowError


      2.  Getting the below error in arerror.log


      Fri Aug 18 09:20:51.022 2017 Could not refresh JMS Connection for destination 'queue://GENERIC_sv2lxremasuat02' - retrying using FixedBackOff{interval=30000, currentAttempts=0, maxAttempts=unlimited}. Cause: Error while attempting to retrieve a connection from the pool; nested exception is javax.jms.JMSException: Could not connect to broker URL: tcp://sv2lxremasuat01:61617?wireFormat.maxInactivityDurationInitalDelay=300000&wireFormat.maxInactivityDuration=30000. Reason: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)


      3. Getting below error also sometimes


      Unknown system error : java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread ARERR (8790)


      We have applied latest hotfix and tried all BMC recommended settings but still issue not resolved.

      The server version is 9.1.03 201708040632.


      Please help.
