I do not want to attach logs with Host names and internal information to public site. I will open a ticket
So you’ll paste in a huge log instead and make the post unreadable ?
My previous post was nothing more than the stack error. Very readable and doesnt include any internal information. If that is an issue I will include stack errors in a file attached in the future. Just kinda following other post I see on here day in day out
Yes – and those are also very hard to read.
I opened up a ticket. This issue seems to be stated in this pulse article
About table deletion order on the script and active table references. The article doesnt seem to cover version 8.9. Is this something that can be modified in the db maintenance script?
The article doesnt seem to cover version 8.9.
no, because this is basically a backport of a bunch of FK changes from 8.5 or 8.6 to older versions. the problem you are having w/ the vgp deletion is either a new cause or it's because your db is in some weird state. what also concerning is that some stored procs are missing. that opens up the question of what else is missing.
Is this something that can be modified in the db maintenance script?
no. you realize the 'db maintenance script' is just a wrapper to call blcli commands right ? and those blcli calls are either doing deletes/updates via java or calling stored procs. there's no magic in the script itself.
