Peter Lundqvist - By design, you would only be receiving inbox notifications if you have been @mentioned by someone or you have been following a particular community or content in your Inbox. Can you please re-confirm that the 'inbox' is unchecked for all the product communities you've mentioned.
It should look something like this (only follow in 'connections streams', not inbox'):
Also, If the 'follow' settings are the same as mentioned above in your case, can you please share your inbox preview for us to investigate what/why are you getting unwanted Communities Inbox notifications.
Also, you might find this doc useful:How To: Manage Inbox Notifications
Thanks for providing details, Peter. Clearly you are not following CMDB in Communities Inbox. So, I do not see any reason for you to be receiving unwanted notifications. Are you following any content within CMDB in your Inbox?
Note - Every time you engage on any content, you start following it in your Communities Inbox too.
Can you provide me with the details of CMDB related unwanted notifications you've been receiving. It might be helpful for us to have a screen-sharing session. I'm happy to help here
I don't even subscribe to Track-IT.
All the inbox messages show up in my mailbox, which is the behaviour I would expect - except they shouldn't show up in my Inbox in the first place.

Hi Peter, my initial investigation suggests that you might be following BMC Customer Support Community in your Communities Inbox.
If so, please stop following this community in 'Inbox', only follow it in 'Connection Streams'.

I, or someone else must have changed something that fixes this. This behaviour has stoped now.
Thanks for the help!
