ITSM comes with various interface forms that allow you interact with the system. They were originally designed for ootb SOAP web services, but you can interact with the same forms via a REST-based web service. Check this link for the various form names: BMC Remedy ITSM integrations - BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite 9.1 - BMC Documentation . You need to follow the various links for the actual names. For example, for Incident Management this is available:
Service Interface form
Create_Incident creates an incident using the HPD:ServiceInterface web service.
Add_WorkInfo adds the work information using the HPD:ServiceInterface web service.
Interface Create form
HelpDesk_Submit_Service creates and submits incident tickets with work information and CI associations.
Ignore the references to the web service names, they're the SOAP-based web services, just use the form names directly in your REST calls.
