The KB you are referring is for releases prior to CLM 4.x
This is a known Defect in CLM 4.x. It is expected to be fixed in a later patch/release.
As a workaround could you please try saving the Service Catalog without selecting the Service Blueprint. Once it is saved, edit the Service Catalog, select the Service Blueprint and save it.
