1. Re: Auditing after discovery errors with "Network Name not Found"
James Sun Mar 1, 2017 8:32 AM (in response to Nathan Hemperley)Nathan, check Admin Console Auditing Queue History, find that laptop audit record (Status should be "Audit Failed"), open it to see what exactly problem description is. Is that say "The network path was not found" ??? Another thing I can imagine is Auditing "Setup Credentials", that user may do not have sufficient privilege to access the Share folder.

2. Re: Auditing after discovery errors with "Network Name not Found"
Nathan Hemperley Mar 1, 2017 8:39 AM (in response to James Sun)James thank you for the reply. When I go to the extended information it states “Failed to connect to the networked resource with the supplied credentials. Support Details: The network name cannot be found.” I’ve received this type of error before stating invalid credentials but I am still able to audit other laptops/computers and they finish successful. So am I interpreting this wrong and what should I do to fix this? This laptop is for our CEO and I REALLY wanna make sure everything goes smooth….Thank you in advance.

Nathan Hemperley Mar 1, 2017 4:47 PM (in response to James Sun)James for some reason the workstation manager wasn't installing and I was having a hard problem getting it to install. But once I finally did get it installed, I was able to successfully audit. Thanks for your help in showing me the articles.
