What version of Track-It! are you using?
It is 18.104.22.1680 HF3
Different behavior for me but my support center isn't working either. Strange.

Ian, if you click "tell me more" on the error message, does it say "No customer version records found"? There were some changes necessary to Support Center, for the Track-It! 11.4 SP1 R1 security enhancements. This caused problems in Support Center for some customers on older versions, which unfortunately may not be resolved because that would compromise the security enhancements.. Your best bet will be to upgrade to 11.4 SP1 R1 if you need the Support Center issue fixed.
That being said, be forewarned that there is a limitation in 11.4 SP1 R1 which requires you to be using Technician Client on the Track-It! Server (not a workstation) to access Support Center.
