    Create SLA to Incidents

      Hi;

       

      I tried to make a SLA to critical incidents; I want the environment send a mail when a critical incident hasn't got any technical asignee about a minute.

       

      I configured the SLA:

       

      When I click in generate SLA, the system allways makes in progress and doesn't change to generated, why?
