Couple of customers are planning to integrate SCCM to Atrium CMDB.
Some partners are involved, so I hope it will launch an opensource initiative.
One of the current productized tools is from Seamless Technology (http://www.seamlessti.com/products.html)
Thanks for replying!
In the meantime we discussed this issue with the customer and as he does not need to import the whole information that SMS/SCCM delivers, we will use AIT OOTB for his needs!
Actually you want to use FEDERATION, importing is only the 1st step.
Good luck, pls share on DN what you achieved
The new version called "Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007" (previously Systems Management Server) is available.
Does the SMS2CMDB project and integration note handle the integration with MS SCCM, too?
Seamless Technologies just released a SCCM to CMDB 1.x&2.x Connector (also SMS compliant), tested to 50,000+ systems, DSL management, and user configurable. It does not require AIE/EIE and is available via BMC Marketzone or direct firstname.lastname@example.org - used for those who have a desire for an off the shelf commercial product w/support and maintenance. I Tried to launch thread - but no longer working. Do you have any other threads with regard to SCCM Integrations. I would prefer to use integration via AIE and using an updated SMSCMDB connector which will work with SCCM 2007 R3 and ITSM 7.6.04.
Any information appreciated.
