    Updating an Incident with OOTB web service

      Hi

       

      I've just mastered creating an incident (Remedy 8.1) via the web services ootb, thanks to this very helpful document -

      However, I'm really struggling when attempting to change the status of that created incident with the HPD_IncidentInterface_WS web service.

       

      Do i really have to update all these fields (as the dont appear to be optional), in order to update only the status field?
