    Update Incident Children information

      Hi All,

       

      By default when we close an incident using "Closed Linked Incident", Resolution is copied on children ticket.

       

      We want to add new field to be copied.

       

      I have test several method and especially one with Process Builder which triggered if Incident field is not empty and status is resolved. It works fine if i set a children ticket to Resolved (information are copied from associated incident) but if I trigger it from the "Father", i have always

       

      UPDATE --- UPDATE FAILED --- ERRORS : (LIMIT_EXCEEDED) System.LimitException: BMCServiceDesk:Too many SOQL queries: 101
