    Client change when Owner change

      Hi All,


      I have a strange behavior with some of my customer but not able to reproduce it for whole (and don't find anything on such an existing feature).


      We  have enabled Queue & User Assignment



      For some support staff, when they escalate or assign to them the incident in Staff fied, Client ID is automatically updated with their ID...

      Does someone met the same issue? I have found no workflow that is built to do that
