    How to deal with multiple adress


      Hi All,


      We have an issue due to the fact our customer have same email used for several user (User have an account for internal role and a second one for external purpose)


      In this case, when a mail arrives in the mailbox, it seems that the ticket is not opened, driving to the following error


      Does anyone meet this issue ?
