Thanks Matt. Seems that I am not the only one having issues. But so far I am good for the past two days.

Today I had that problem; I ended up logging in to docs (worked fine) then refreshed the communities page and I was logged in there too. Note: I plaintyped my password in Notepad just to make sure no errors; copied it into the docs password and it worked; it didn't work in the communities SSO.
As of the end of next week I will be changing my employer but there will be a gap between the end of my contract and the start of the next one, how do I keep my Communites access alive? Or indeed as Carey asked how can I make my Private Email address the default email?
Donald, wishing you the best in your new journey!
For BMC Communities access, please make sure to create a new SSO account with your private Email and interact with Customer Care so that they link your existing domclellan username on BMC Communities to this SSO account.

Hi Matt, as mentioned a few days back, I have now had my Communities email set to my original Support (i.e. SSO) email and can at least login to Communities. Customer Care were great and very responsive. However, their feedback was that I can't do this AND nominate an alternate email to use when receiving stuff from Communities. This is also what Donald McLellan is wanting I think. Possibly others as well. Is this understanding correct?
If so I think we have a major problem
