There's already an open defect for this. Please contact support and they can attach your case to the defect.
As a workaround, the Support center would function on the machine where you have installed the Track-It! Server.

Workaround - Open Support Center from Technician Client on the Track-It! Server.
If you are experiencing this issue, please open a new support case and refer to Track-It! Defect number DRZOZ-4067: "Support Center Application Error Exception - Login Failed for user - Track-It! 11.4 SP1".
Your case will be associated with the defect, and you will be able to view the defect status in your case in the Defects/RFEs/CARs section.

Hi Chris, this is a known defect in Track-It! 11.4 SP1. The workaround is to open Support Center on the Track-It! server.
