          Get the LIST of PA Connected to EACH ISNs:-

          * Operation Console

            =================

          logged as Admin, then go to -> Options -> Administration tab and go to:

          Data Collection

          ---------------

          Agent Status            -> View -> Monitors

          BMC ProactiveNet

          ----------------

          Installation History    -> View

          Performance Diagnostics -> View

             Performance Diagnostic Details -> Details             -> View

                                            -> Deployment Analysis -> View -> PATROL Integration

          Default View

          Display KM Per Agent (mark this option)

          ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

          Easy method but, this will not give you from which ISN PA is disconnected:

          To get Disconnected Agent list:

          From BPPM Server using cmd

          runjava scripts.runsqli "select HOSTNAME,PATROLAGENTOS from patrolagent_details where MFDSTATUS=1">disconnected_agents_list.txt

          Thanks,

          Ganesh

            Same way you can get the number of Disconnection per ISN

            1/ Total PA Disconnected Per IS

            runjava scripts.runsqli "select I.PROXYHOSTNAME ,  count(*)  as "DISCONNECTED_PA" from patrolagent_details P, proxy_details I where P.PROXYID=I.PROXYID and P.MFDSTATUS=1 group by I.PROXYHOSTNAME"

            This will list you the number of PA disconnecter per ISN as :

            PROXYHOSTNAME     DISCONNECTED_PA

            MY_IS_HOST                            2

            Also you can list the total of PA (connected +  Disconnected ) grouped by ISNn  as :

            runjava scripts.runsqli "select I.PROXYHOSTNAME ,  count(*)  as "TOTAL_PA" from patrolagent_details P, proxy_details I where P.PROXYID=I.PROXYID  group by I.PROXYHOSTNAME"

            2/ Total PA connected Per IS

            PROXYHOSTNAME     TOTAL_PA

            MY_IS_HOSTA                   1

            MY_IS_HOSTB                   2

            MY_IS_HOST                      5

              Once you get the number you can list the PA per IS :

              ex :

              1/ Number of Total PA Disconnected Per IS

              runjava scripts.runsqli "select I.PROXYHOSTNAME ,  count(*)  as "DISCONNECTED_PA" from patrolagent_details P, proxy_details I where P.PROXYID=I.PROXYID and P.MFDSTATUS=1 group by I.PROXYHOSTNAME"

              This will list you the number of PA disconnecter per ISN as :

              PROXYHOSTNAME     DISCONNECTED_PA

              MY_IS_HOST                            2

              2/ List those PA disconnected on MY_IS_HOST

              runjava scripts.runsqli "select I.PROXYHOSTNAME "INTEGRATION_SERVICE_HOST" , P.HOSTNAME  as "DISCONNECTED_PAHOSTNAME" from patrolagent_details P, proxy_details I where P.PROXYID=I.PROXYID and P.MFDSTATUS=1"

              INTEGRATION_SERVICE_HOST           DISCONNECTED_PAHOSTNAME

              MY_IS_HOST                                     PA_HOST1

              MY_IS_HOST                                     PA_HOST2

              Now it'll be interesting to display everything in one Query, Total  of PA per IS, number of non connected ones and list the PA non connected, so in case the number of PA non connected = Total of PA , you can deduce that the issue is on ISN side...

              Regards,

              Arif Alibay
