    Facing Parsing error intermittently for incoming emails to remedy

      Hi All,


      We are observing parsing error for few of the incoming auto ticket alarm emails intermittently. Couldn't find the root cause for these. Also, there is no any error logged in Errors tab. I have checked emails are sent as 100% plain text, email addresses are also valid. No special character in Subject line.


      We are running on 7.5 version. Also, we do not have logs because our logs gets overwritten in every 10 mins as our email engine restarts in every 10 minutes as a workaround to fix our earlier email hung issues.


      Users receive timeout error response email for these failed messages which are sent by some auto rule(no idea where that auto rule is set).


      Any idea about this would be helpful to me.
