    User is currently connected from another machine

      For few Users in Remedy, we are getting the "User is currently connected from another machine" error whenever they login to Remedy.


      1. The Users are not currently logged in to Remedy, but still their User ID is available in License Review form.

      2. The affected User IDs are available in more than one AR Server License Review form (we have 4 Remedy AR Servers).

      3. We are unable to Release the Users from the License Review form also.

      4. Maximum of the affected User has Fixed License and sometimes issue occurs for Floating license Users too.


      Please suggest any actions that can be taken to eradicate the issue.
