Custom command – do you mean a custom blcli command you’ve created or the ‘custom command’ that’s available on the server objects ?
The answer in either of those cases is you can’t.
What are you trying to do ?
I was looking to run the remote script by passing few parameters. NSH Script requires to set the parameters prior execution. RestFul API doesn't have any option to set parameters so I was evaluating the alternatives.
Looks like calling blcli using SOAP is the option avilable in this case.

You need to be careful about this – if you set the nsh script parameters via blcli/soap it modifies the job and if you have concurrent operations going that are modifying the parameters they will conflict or you might run the job w/ parameters you don’t expect. there is no ‘execute nsh script job w/ parameters’. there is an idea for that, and in 8.6 i believe you can use execution tasks w/ overridden nsh parameters.
We got around this problem by creating new jobs based on the NSH Script
that we wanted to run. So we have a multitude of jobs, but if you know the
jobs are temporary then you just delete any of them are more than a week

If you do that, make sure to set the AUTO_GENERATED property of the job copy to True so it's cleaned by the cleanup jobs... else you will soon have a TON of jobs that will stay there and require manual cleanup.
