    Issue with reopened Change Request - ARERR 1441192

      Dear All,


      A Customer has Completed a Change Request incorrectly and set it to Pending. But now, from Pending Status it is not possible to Complete the Change.

      There is no Next Stage option available in the flow bar and the Next Stage button is also disabled.

      The flow bar has Resume and Help options. On selecting Resume, the following error message pops up.


      Please suggest whether this is a Known Issue and solution to this (if available).
