    Newly created Service Targets getting attached to Incidents in disabled status leading to SLA breach

      Hi Team,


         We had disabled newly created Service Target but the Service Target was attached to the Incidents in disabled status leading to SLA breach.

      We are suspecting abnormal behaviour in newly created Service Targets.The Newly created Service target has attached to some incidents in “Invalid state and for some Incidents it is either “Met” or “Missed”.

      However behaviour of existing Service Targets is fine and no issue observed in Production environment.


      Successful testing was done in Dev environment and no such behaviour was observed.
