anything in "UDM:Executioninstance" form related to that job ? Please clear and start again.
normally It happens when something wrong with the data but errors are not captured in load step.

I have just delete registers in UDM:Executioninstance, but the problem persist.
The server is in a server group and carte server is not designated, so i have just contact to server administrator.
Anyway something strange is happening because we have uploaded other products in catalog and this is happening only with some BMC Template sheets.
You might want to assign a default carte server so the right AR server is picking it up.
Also, double check that you are using the UDM spreadsheet. I had a user who was using the old DMT spreadsheets and caused issues.
Finally I discovered the problem.
I check "CAI:Events" and there was an error register when UDM was trying to load in "Product Model-Version" form. Although validations were passed the problem was that there was two registers of a product with same "version". This error did not appear in "Load Product Model Version" form, only dupplicated product with same categorizations and name are registered in this form.

We've had the same issue (hanging at in progress during the promote stage) and your post was helpful in that we identified a duplicate model/version that we were trying to load.
What steps did you take to resolve your issue? Did you just have to cancel your job, amend your spreadsheet and start again? We've deleted the duplicate entry from the staging form and tried to continue the step, but it's still hanging.
In my case I had to cancel the job, delete entries in forms and in load forms also, delete duplicate entries in the spreedsheet and start the job again.
