Glad to hear that you've successfully used/implemented the INC worklog notification tutorial!! Congrats!
For the WO translation piece, Work Order translation filters fire at 658 and 660 (take a look at the NTE:NPC:TranslateNTMessages Call Guide). What I did was create a custom translation filter at 659 and snuck it in between those other two WO filters inside the Call Guide. Take a look at NTE:NPC:TranslateNotificationMessageWOR_658 as an example. I'm sure you could just modify the WOR_658 filter and add three new Set Field actions to handle your value translations.
I will gladly provide a step-by-step Work Order tutorial document on Communities. Hopefully, I can have this to you and the community early next week (1/26). My organization is starting to use Task Management, so that's my next adventure!

We are running Remedy 9.0 and find that we cannot modify the join form named, HPD:IncidentInterface to add the fields from HPD:Help Desk. Any suggestions?
