    RemedyForce Service Level Milestone Notifications not Firing



      I have set up a notification to fire when my SLA time remaining is 10% but it isn't working.  I am testing in the sandbox so the recipient to the out of the box email goes to myself (Admin) only.


      The SLA works as expected but no notifications are being sent.


      I set up the the milestone action asshown below:
