Just checking, but do you have the Milestone Processor enabled?
Remedyforce Administration > Application Settings > General Application Settings. At bottom of that page is a milestone processor button. Make sure it's been turned on. If the button reads "Start Milestone Processor" then click it to enable it. If it reads "Stope Milestone Processor", you might stop it, then start it again.
Thanks Doug - I never knew that setting was there.
We keep having to restart our Milestone Processor, at the moment it is pretty much every other week. Any ideas what might be causing us to have to do that?
