I have a basic idea of this but when i see in transformations I dont get it an dont know how to use it as well.

I suggest that you read a few XSLT tutorials that are freely available on the internet.
I have found that expertise with XSLT transformations will come with experience and experience will be gained by doing.
I recommend you try to NOT use basic-transforms and instead start using the regular/advanced transforms for all your transformations. If you get stuck on a specific transform, google it. If you're still stuck by that time, post your question here and analyze the responses you get back from this great community. After a while it will "just click" one day.
