    RESOLVED MyIT default SRD causing error 1291061 in service request

      We have set the default SRD to an SRD that has one required field and spawns an incident record.  When we use the super box to create the request using !Request my remedy account is not working, MyIT says it is created but in the service requests form it shows the following error:


      1291061: "Select the contact by using the Return functions or by clicking Search"


      Has anybody else experienced this issue?
