All the reports available in Track-it can be exported for use in Crystal Reports. You can then modify them as you see fit, then re-import them into Track-it for use there. Aside from that, there are no custom Crystal Reports.

I believe there's also a location here in the Communities where folks are sharing custom reports that they've created, but I haven't seen it lately so I'm not sure how active it is.
And of course, there are third party vendors who provide training and building of reports, such as this:
