    Approval email resend

      I have an approval process that sends an email asking for approval.  Many times the approver ignores, looses, misplaces, etc the email so the approval never gets processed.  Now the admin must go in and manually approve or reject the approval to get the ticket unlocked.


      Is there a way to tell the system to resend the approval email either manually or with workflow after a set time period (i.e. ticket is 5 days old resend approval email)
