    Help with Email Notification for Incident Work Log for ticket Assignee

      Hi. I need your help. We want to setup a new email notification for Incident Work Log. This means, when within Incident WorkLog a new entry appear, the Incident Assignee should be notified about it. Only exception is, that not for his own entries, so only for entries coming from SRM, or by other agents or coming from emails (from RBE).

       

      The best option for us would be some .DEF files, or at least some detailed instruction how to setup it. Our version is 8.1.00.

      I was looking within the community threads, found some older topic where someone posted .DEF file, but they are not valid for the current version.
