Highlight the job in the tasks in progress pane and click the red x that’s to the upper right of it.

Navneet NameToUpdate Aug 26, 2014 9:29 AM (in response to Don Gonzales)Don, for the hung job can you check if the psexec utility is working fine on the designated psexec server. Usually, the behavior you have reported happens when immediately after install, EULA has not been accepted for psexec. Please try running psexec manually and accepting the EULA once.

Don Gonzales Sep 17, 2014 11:52 AM (in response to Navneet NameToUpdate)Hi Navneet I have seen that issue before and did accept the EULA on psexec when we first set it up. The solution that Bill gave me worked.
Anyways I have another stuck blpackage deploy job and it wont disappear even if I have cancelled it. So it's been hanging there for a day now.

Joe Piotrowski Sep 17, 2014 1:00 PM (in response to Don Gonzales)If you have your bladelogic.keystore files synced in all your appserver instances, you can force a restart of the service in the GUI. Or have it do a restart when all jobs are finished (this will prevent new jobs from running against that instance) and when it's only running that stuck job, manually restart the appserver service.
