      Hello All,

      When i run the Webservice Get_BaseElement created in  BMC Remedy Developer Studio Version: 7.5.00 Patch 007  in  SoapUI with the following Inputs i am getting the output correctly.

      <urn:GetList_BaseElement>

               <urn:Name>Test_CI</urn:Name>

               <urn:Class_ID></urn:Class_ID>

               <urn:Tier1></urn:Tier1>

               <urn:Tier2></urn:Tier2>

               <urn:Tier3></urn:Tier3>

               <urn:Status></urn:Status>

               <urn:startRecord>0</urn:startRecord>

               <urn:maxLimit>5</urn:maxLimit>

            </urn:GetList_BaseElement>

      Whereas when i tried to run the same webservice created in BMC Remedy Developer Studio Version: 8.1.01  using SoapUI with the following input i getting the below error.

      <urn:GetList_BaseElement>

               <urn:Name>Test_CI</urn:Name>

               <urn:Class_ID></urn:Class_ID>

               <urn:Tier1></urn:Tier1>

               <urn:Tier2></urn:Tier2>

               <urn:Tier3></urn:Tier3>

               <urn:Status>Deployed</urn:Status>

               <urn:startRecord>0</urn:startRecord>

               <urn:maxLimit>5</urn:maxLimit>

            </urn:GetList_BaseElement>

      Output:

                <faultcode>soapenv:Server.userException</faultcode>

               <faultstring>ERROR (302): Entry does not exist in database;</faultstring>

      Note: If i give all the Input mapping values of the webservice created in 8.1.01  its working.

      Is Tier1,Tier2,Tier3 mapping values mandatory in 8.1.01?

      Thanks.
