    TKU missing after upgrade to

    Peter Lundqvist

I am working on an upgrade from to The upgrade script ran just fine, I can not find any errors or warnings.

However, when I log in to addm to perform the post upgrade tasks I find two issues:

      1. CMDB Sync is broken, no CDM-mapping in place
      2. I find no TKU for core in the knowledge management configuration

The first (1) issue was easy to resolve, ARS admin had change passwords for our integration user without telling us. After that the CDM-issue was resolved after testing the connection.

The second step is harder to solve for me. The TKU files are present

Should I try to run the TKU-files myself with tw_pattern_management after disabling current TKU? In that case, is there any particular order?
