    Support Group Usage Search/Report

      We have a lot of support groups (300+ support groups available for our service desk to assign incidents to) and we are trying to find the ones that are not getting used (no incidents assigned to them) so that we can clean up some of our support group clutter and simplify.


      Any good ideas or searches on how to go about finding which queues are not getting any incidents or very few incidents assigned to them?
