I will assume you have Track-It! 11.2 installed because the other possibility is that their STAF table records are being referenced in the WorkOrderClockState table. This article should help:

This worked for all but one of my technicians.
When I run this on the login name, it returns 0 users. I have looked at AD, and the username is correct. I have fat-fingered the username before, and made sure I paid close attention. What other record field could be corrupting the removal of this technician?
If you already removed the login information (like we did) you can just look at the table to find the ActivatedById and make a slight change to the SQL:
WHERE ActivatedById = 7
