Please ensure your escalation server is turned on in the AR Server System Settings under the AR System Administration: Console form. Another way to determine if this is just an escalation issue, is checking if there is data loaded in the target staging forms (COM:LoadCompany etc), you can query this by JobID and see if Atrium Integrator actually loaded data into these forms.
If this is all configured correctly, you should check the Atrium Integrator logs on the server to determine if there is a configuration issue there.

I'm having this same issue. Can you please tell me what you changed in the UDM:Config form to fix the issue?
1.Check AR Esclation is up or not?
2.Carte server is up or not?
3.In Application Administration Console-->Foundation-->Advanced-->System Setting form, test the defined path.
check AR Error logs.
I got the issue in AR Error logs while running job.My server name was not correctly configured in UDM:Config form.

In Spoon there is an LDAP_People Job and an LDAP_People Transformation. I copied the Transformation and made a custom one. I then registered that custom transformation as a Job in the Data Manament > Atrium Integrator Jobs.
That doesn't work
What I did to fix it was create a Job in Spoon that called the transformation and register that Job as a Job in Atrium Integrator Jobs.
