Hi, Sachin - the "BDC" is a site that holds a whole lot of instances of product installs; once you get access to it, you can start an instance and run it. You can also snapshot if you want to make changes and save. Think of it as a set of remote VMs that keep all the SCs from having to install s/w locally. We also sometimes provision this for customers as trial sites.
I'm not sure what the access control policies are to get a login to it; you can email Flightdeck to get information on it (search in address book for Flightdeck).
How do I get in?
Hi, Larry - some partners do get access to it, but I don't know how the process works. You would need to talk to your partner contact.
If you are asking as a customer, you can get limited time access to, for example, try out ITSM 8.1 before you upgrade; however that needs to go through your account manager, and there may be some POC criteria you need to meet.
I failed to extend the reservation of BMC Demo environment.
And currently I'am not able to access my Demo environment.
Do you have an idea how should i recover the data?
If you didn't snapshot it, and the reservation ended, I don't think there is any way to get it back.
I'll pm you an email address where you can ask, but I don't think you'll get it back.
