    BMC releases its first animated video!

      Today, the BMC documentation team celebrated a milestone with the publication of its first animated video, Joe's Question.

      Joe's Queston is the fist in a series of animations to provide our customers with a more engaging, graphical way to understand conceptual topics. This animation explores the lifecycle of an incident request by showing what happens when a customer, Joe Unser, uses BMC Virtual Agent to request an application upgrade.


      The content of the animation can be used by a wide range of people, including anyone who is new to IT service management concepts or to BMC products. More experienced IT service management customers can watch the video to better understand what happens with an incident request behind the scenes at a service desk, while junior help desk analysts can  learn about the general lifecycle of a service request and about IT service management back office operations.
