It's really not all that difficult. Think of it this way (taking some of the words used literally)
Think of Remedy as an amusement park with two pools. To get into either of the pools you need to have a token. Each user that wants to get into a particular pool must have a token for THAT pool....so, in your scenario, you have a pool that can have two people floating in it at once, and the other pool can have 50 people floating in it at once
In order to get into either pool, they need to have a token for that pool....
the pools are your groups, and the tokens are them being in the group.
Based on your screen shots above....I doubt you have > 5000 users assigned floating licenses...that wouldn't make much sense (unless you have a HUGE server)....so, for testing purposes...give 3 users your 2 token pool, and leave everyone else out of any pool, but assign the rest of the tokens to another pool....
in that scenario, you only need to modify 3 users...but beware, you don't want to do this during 'production' hours, because you would be eliminating almost everyone's ability to use floating licenses....
Thank you now i have more clear , I went to server and administration console to see the number of floating licenses but i have a lot of types of floating licenses I would like know what is the number that i have to consider and what about the rest of them.
What of these type of floating licenses i have to choose to assign my new group(pool)
