    Age in Days: where to find the field for reporting?

      I am pulling a monthly report and was asked to pull the 'Age of days' for Opened Incidents. The only field that I can see is the "Total Duration" but for all my Incidents, this field is blank. I see that the Total Duration sums all Actions History Duration but our groups are not using that field to manually type in a 'Time spent' on an issue.

      Is there not another field that tracks the AGE of a Ticket if it is NOT Closed?

       

      I created a custon field called "Age in Days" and put a formula that basically says closed date - Opened Date but that will only give us an decimal point number of the Age of the Closed tickets. There must be a field tha already exists that tracks this time even if the ticket is NOT closed.
